8 point bases have spring load terminals for field cables. (Screw
terminals are available on request). 2- or 3- wire sensors and loads can
be used. Commons are daisy chained in a group of 4.
There are also terminals for functional
earth (FE) so that separate termination blocks are not needed. That
makes MB8... bases particularly suitable for field bus applications and
other decentralized I/O installations.
By these mounting bases 2 x 4 + 2 x 4
inputs or outputs can be connected with 20 pole flat cable to the I/O
cassette of PLC or to Delcon's Profibus DP slave station FBPB16O16I.
These mounting bases are for PNP-connection.
Basic 8 point mounting bases can be extended by extension base to 16
points using 10 pole flat cable. Bases can be equipped with test buttons for testing of individual
I/O point. The voltage rating for these mounting
bases is 250 V and maximum current is 6,3 A/point
and 12 A/group (10 A UL). |
